I know, I have been the biggest slacker when it comes to Blogging. I have gone from having my whole day to myself to play and diddle dattle on the computer to getting a full time job sitting in front of one, It's not so much fun anymore to me, being on the computer or phone. In January, I got a Job with Western Wats, a Data Research Company. It's been the best thing for me. I have found structure in my life again. I have started to care and take care of me. I wake up early mornings and do my workout before i get ready to start the day. Weight is starting to come off me..but still has a ways to meet my goal. The Bonus of having a Job is the extra income, It has been a help to our savings, and glad i could help out in that department. So What exactlly do i do at Western Wats? I Call all kinds of Businesses and Take surveys on all kinds of Subjects, Anywhere from Medical to Financial Investment firms. I have learned a lot and have a great team and the Best Boss ever. Having a Wonderful Boss makes going to Work so much easier. Well that about sums it up what i have been up to and the last four months. Mike is still driving for Central and probably will be there for a good while until he can get miles under his belt. We only get to see him four days out of the month, andThese special four days are treasured. Absences absoutely makes the heart grow founder. It's hard not having a Husband around, but i try not to let it bother me so.. I have to stay possitive and think of it as a Blessing..Mike having a job.
Amber is your typical teenager, into boys,music and friends. She is growing in to a beautiful young women. I just want to bubble wrap up everywhere she goes, to keep the boys away. LOL:) She will be in Ninth grade this next year. Recently she Tried out from the Glee Glub and got in. She has a beautiful voice. I look forward to her school programs.
Seth is a Thriving, energenic, 2nd grader. He just had his Special 8th Birthday, and was Baptized along with his cousin Savannah on March 6th. The Baptism was wonderful..followed by a nice luncheon. Seth will be starting his first sport..Baseball her in late may. He is super excited. Well, I think thats the most i have written on my blog page. Much more is to follow and i hope i can be better at keeping up with the blog thing.

The Feeling of Love this Christmas Season

I just want everyone to know..The love i have for my family and friends! Mike and i were in a pretty bad funk for awhile and it was you who helped us get through it! I feel so blessed this Christmas to have a income and for my Hubby( Mike) to have a job that supports us and will lead the way for us to be on our own once more. I am especially Thankful for my Inlaws for taking us infor awhile. I have really enjoyed staying with you...and feeling the peace and spirit that is in your home. I love my Kids...Both of them have their cute personality that bring joy and and fun to the household. It's my kids that get me going through my bad days...Every I love you's and Hugs just makes the Day better. I love all my close friends....it was your Faith and love that helped me in low times. I love my Heavenly father..for giving us His only begotten son. Through our trails Our Savior, along with the Holy Ghost is never far from us. I grateful for the Atonement.. and the love we can feel each and everyday..by living his commandments. I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! I love you all~ Suz

Lucked out!!!!

So yesterday i take Seth to Walmart to get his Halloween costume. I only had like $18.00...most of it change i have been saving up. In my mind i was thinking costumes would only be like fiftheen dollors and i would be fine. Well to my dismay....all the costumes were $20 dollors. I am Freaking out... Seth has ran off looking at all the costumes....and comes back to me with this one he picked out. It was a megatron priced at $12 dollors. I say hmmm...this could not be right..all the other Megatron costumes are twenty dollors....This must not be right. I go and price check it...and to my suprise it says $12.oo. I say Sweet we'll take it. I just felt soo Lucky and blest..because if Seth didn't come to me with that one costume,we would be going home emptied handed....and Seth one Sad and upset boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know now...That that one costume was waiting for us....and i was being blest.

Trucking Right Along........

I am excited to tell you all that..Mike is now employed with a Trucking company! He will be with Central Refrigerated service, Inc. He passed all his test for his Class A CDL...and will be on the road with his trainer for a month. After his month with his trainer he will be in his own truck going all over the US....And i could also go with him on the road if i want to. I really feel things are turning around and moving forward for our little family. We feel blessed!!!!!!!!!!!! The other thing i am excited about is that i was able to go see my Brother in law get sealed in the Logan temple. It's been along time since i have been to the temple. The spirit was so strong ...It just feel soo good to be engulfed in it!!!

Back in the good ol State of Utah....

We just couldn't stay away! It just didn't work out in Cali.....We just felt it wasn't right for our family to be there. We did have fun going to the Beach and going on hikes with my Brother in law in his kids almost ever other day. Mike said It was nice summer vacation...he hadn't have in the seven years we had the pizza business. Mike had taken a liking to bodyboarding ..and just couldn't get enough of the swells, but other then going to the beach...Mike was having an even harder time finding work there. So now we are back in Cache County, living with Mike parents for the time being until we can save enough money to get back on our feet. I feel at peace at moment...and feel Utah is where i really want to be. I just want to be stable for a while and let my kids finsih out a school year. So i hope the months to come look up for us...I feel they will. During our hardship.. Heavenly Father has been so gracious to us..and has blessed us with overwhelming patience and Faith. I have some good news to report...i will have a renewed temple recommend by tonight. I hear the temple callling my name...and soo excited to get back to do work for those who need me. I want to thank my Family and friends who have been there for Mike and I. We love you!

Moved to Cali......

We packed up and got rid of a lot of of stuff to move in with my parents. Hopefully Mike will have better luck finding a job here. Since we have beeen here in my home growing up... we have been decluddering and boy its a full time job just doing that...... My Mom loves to hold on to stuff!!!! Anyway... if any of my Cali blogger friends are reading this...please call me. my cell is 562- 704-7190 and my home is 562 433-3339 I will love to get together with your kids for a playdate.

School is on the Horizon for Mike...(Steven Henagers College)

So Mike did it .... he enrolled in school...and I am soo proud. He will be studying Computer networking science. He will be in school for 3yrs.....Three long years, but his hard work will pay off in the long run. We will have a bright future because of it. I just want to let Mike know how much i Love him and wish him the best of luck in his new endevor. You are the best!!!! To any family who wants to come..he will have his orientation this thurs, the 21st @6pm. There will be food served. Let us know if you want to come.. It would be nice to come and support Mike. Thanks:)

I am Alive...with the Internet... Yay!

Life is just not the same when you don't have the internet...and going to the Library is really not the same as being in the comfort of your own home in your Pj's. So life over in Logan is ever changing. Mike is still a temp with Pepperidge Farms....but feels production work is just not for him..... so once again he is on a job hunt for full-time work......The problem is we moved to Cache county.... and really no one hires for more than 9 or 10 dollors a hour here. Once he finds full-time work..he will be going to school for computer science/networking. He has had his head buried in these networking books he has checked out from the library and really enjoys them! Mike going back to school ... our family will be better for it in the future financially!!!!! So anyway... I am excited for the summer to get here...so that we will have Amber back with us. She has been gone for six months and the longest time she has been away from us ever. Everyone who know me..knows that Amber and I have had our hard times....and a lot of times i wished that she would just live with her Mom( Michelle) but i know deep down she belongs with me and Mike in our home. I know i have a lot of damage control to do when she is back with us.

We are now living in Logan and loving it!!! MIke has a job with Pepperidge Farms and likes it as well. He is on a line with the Goldfish crackers.... we all love. I have a new job with Hobby lobby and love it too. I don't know how i am going to stop myself from not spending my paycheck back on the place. Soo Many fun and cute stuff there. Seth is doing well in school! He is ready for it to be warm soo he can play outside. Amber will be back to live with us very soon... I have been getting myself ready for her return . I know she belongs with us and will do a lot better in Logan. So life seems to ge getting back in order for us. I have my Heavenly Father to Thank for all the our blessings coming our way. I also would not have gotten through the hard time without my dear friends and Family. I love you all...ANd I hope all is well with all of you!!

Where do I begin........ Well for starters, Mike and I have moved back to Utah (Logan). All in one day we found a place to live and Mike found temp work with Gossner Foods. Mike is still looking for something permanate Though and is really considering going back to school full time. I have a job interview with Hobby Lobby on saturday to work part time, I hope i get this job...because we need it. My townhome is very nice with all the new modern upgrades. It feels wonderful having my own space again....and have been enjoying putting my home together. If you know me well...you know that i hate boxes and must have my home be in tip top shape. You wouldn't know that i just have moved in..... I am crazy like that! I am started to have a little more peace of mind..and be mindful of all the blessings we have recieved in the past months.

A food war break through with Seth.....

Can i just say, that I have been so proud of my Seth lately! He is going on Two weeks eating normal foods at the table with all of us. IT has not been easy i tell ya... their were times when i just wanted to give in. I know that consistency is the key. So no nuggets or fishsticks and such for dinner...only on a weekends. Oh, i forgot he is even eating his veggies too.

Job seeking is not being soo kind to us.....

MIke and I are going on Two months without employments...and are just soo frustrated with our luck! We have some leads that will bring us back to Utah....Mike is testing for at the end of the week. I hope one of these two places will be the one!
Here are some things Iam grateful for that keeps me going through the hard times..
1. I get to see and spend most of my day with Mike....Its bittersweet...but we have reconnected in our marriage.
2.. my kids are healthy and strong
3. my brother -in law and his wife for taking us in.....Thank you Karen, for your yummy dinners:)
4.my friends and family.... Thanks your for all your loving ears to hear me vent!
5.MY Church.... It has given me peace at this time.
6.FOr the system.... we would not have nothing if we didn't have it, ei... food and such.... Yes it's humbling....but hey, what are taxes for... he he!
7.Last but not least...MY Heavenly Father and The Savior....... I have faith that we will be lifting from this hardship. Heavenly Father hears our prayers and knows our desires. In his time, all things will prevail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Testimony So Sweet......

IN fast and Testimony today Seth bore his first Testimony. It was soooo cute!!! I am just sooo proud of him and his little spirit that is growing each day. He just doesn't know how much i learn from him. He helps me get to church when i just want to be lazy and not want to go. Anyway..after his testimony i asked him how he felt and he said," I feel very good inside...can i go again?" Times like this i just want him to stay the age he is and not grow up....because he is just so close to the spirit....but i know he has to grow up and experience life it self. I have faith that Seth will be a amazing man and will one day be very needed. I love him ...he is my pride and joy!!!

So every new year.... These two are always on my list to do. I never do both at the same time...so this time, i think i will do both to see if one or the other help me succeed. Today i attending church for the first time in months with Mike and Seth. It felt really good be there and start fresh. I am especially proud that Mike came to sacarament. We are working on baby steps with him. My physically fitness will begin on Tuesday ...when Seth is back to school....... and boy i can't wait for that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish me well on my new endeavors... and good luck to all that have your new goals in line.

cabin fever in Idaho!

If you leave your home...leave at own risk!! Here in the two small neighboring towns of Rupert and Burley... the cities don't plow. The reason so is because we're in farmland and has to with the crops here . Mike and i went out the other night to pick up batteries..... serveral times we slided off the road and nearly hitting a pole. I am so scared to drive anywhere ...for one, i don't drive very well in the snow even if the roads were plowed. I guess i will have to learn qick .... because i have never been much of a hermit. I love to get out and shop or just window shop. For now, before i get my nerve up drive these crazy bumpy iced roads..... i will be reading a good book with hot chocolate at my side. Well...Mike and I made it safely here to Rupert Idaho! The Town is Beautifully Decoratated and all lighted up around the town. Concerning our situation... just driving around town has put me in a little Christmas spirit. This Christmas for sure is going to be different for us, it going to be tight. I will be focusing on he meaning of Christmas this year and The blessing i have. We are blessed with our health and wonderful family and friends. This is my christmas gift!!!!! I love you all!

A FORK IN THE ROAD.....

Mike never did get that job in Idaho. The company made him believe he had the job...and then changed there minds.......because of this it leaves us in a horrible situation!!!!! We have already gave our landlords our 3o day notice. So here we are .. Mike needs to find a job...and we need to find a place to live. Time is really not on our side right now. ..... The first of Dec is approching..and i just need to know what we are doing ...so i know where my kids are going to school and such!!! I am ready to fall apart...but i can't because my husband needs me at the time. I need to be strong for him. Right now i am standing still looking at this fork in the road.... I really want to go down road of WHY US....but ... i know i need to be strong and go down that road of WHAT NOW!!!! I know everything will work out for us... and that heavenly father will lead us where we should be, THAT'S WHAT IS KEEPING ME SANE..... MY FAITH.
My dear friends and family..keep us in your prayers ..that we will find a place to live and a job that is concrete!!!! Thank you~

Feeling the love for Fall

I just love this season...it's my favorite! It's been such nice weather in the 70's all week. I love the changing of the leaves and the mountains as the backdrop. Driving right now in Utah is like being in a postcard. It reminds me of The Movie ..Mary Popins,when they jump in the picture in the sidewalk. I just wish Fall would last longer ...... but for now im loving it and appreciating it while it's here. Happy Fall and Happy Halloween to all:)

I need to know how you get rid of say your pyzam layout to put in thecutestblogontheblock layout. everytime i go to put one of those darn cute layouts on, i could never get my pyzam layout off .................so my layout would look like this, the middle of the layout is pyzam with the text writing from pyzam and then the cutest blog on the block would be surrounding it. This is my problem!!!!! I need a blog 101 class to learn all the tricks of the trade of blogging. blogging party anyone?????? I need to help ..lol:) call me if you know how to fix my problem
